Mezzanine Floor Huddersfield

Mezzanine Floor Huddersfield

Are you unable to relocate your business?

Do you want to avoid the high costs of transportation, set-up and decrease in production rate during transition?

If so, a mezzanine floor is the ideal option for you, being able to potentially double the space in your premises and has very minimal impact on your daily operations due its swift installation time, with small mezzanines taking just a couple days and large mezzanines taking only a couple of weeks.

A mezzanine offers flexible space which can be used for a variety of different opportunities such as storage, machinery, shop and office space.

Before acquiring your new mezzanine, there are a few aspects to consider that can affect your financial decision making:

  • Is the mezzanine used primarily for storage.
  • Will any staff members be working on top or below the mezzanine floor?
  • What is the load rating required for the floor?
  • Will a fire rating be required?
  • Will Building Control and planning permission be required?

The RAIDX Mezzanine Floor Huddersfield team can offer advice for any legal requirements your mezzanine needs and can liaise with any necessary third parties on your behalf to make the whole installation period effortless and stress-free for you.

The RAIDX Mezzanine Floor Huddersfield team have many years of experience in planning, designing and installing mezzanines within factories, warehouses, leisure centres, offices and shops.
